We were pleased to find ample parking available, which made it convenient for us to bring our own vehicle. The transportation options were excellent, allowing us to easily travel to the city center within approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, the hotel's location next to a mall offered a wide variety of food choices, although it would have been helpful to have English menus available. The staff, particularly Rachel and Daisy, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Despite the language barrier, they provided exceptional service, earning a rating of 20 out of 10. We are grateful to them and look forward to choosing this hotel again in the future.
